CANCELLATION POLICY

PLEASE READ Cancellations/reschedules must be made 24 hours in advance, if you cancel within that 24 hour period you will be charged a 35% service fee. Also, if you are more than 15 minutes late we will be forced to cancel your appointment and you will be charged a 35% fee. No shows result in a 100% service fee and after 3 no shows with no communication you will be banned from booking. As much as we DO NOT want to do this, being late / cancelling / no showing puts us in a bind. Thank you for understanding !💖
